We would like to invite all Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network, Leaders and Parents to join us for our Promise Renewal Event at Phasels Wood. We will be renewing our promises, singing some campfire songs and having a sausage sizzle. The programme for the event is as follows:
1.30 – 2.00pm Arrive at Phasels Wood (A41 entrance)
2.00pm Promise renewal ceremony on main field
2.15pm Parade to the campfire circle
2.30pm Camp fire
3.15pm Sausage sizzle
3.45pm Event ends
4.00pm Depart from Phasels Wood
Parents are welcome to join us with their young person or young people can attend in a small group with a responsible adult.
Tickets cost £4 per person which includes a hot dog and a drink

Phasels Wood Activity Centre is just 3 miles form Junction 20 of the M25 towards Hemel Hempstead on the A41. The entrance is in the second lay-by from the M25 roundabout. There is a sign just before the lay-by: ‘Scout Camp access via lay-by’.
There is no postal address or postcode for the main entrance, so to find the site you will need to follow the above directions. Please ensure these details are passed onto all leaders/parents and travel companies.
